First: Terms and Conditions

• Consumers are allowed to exchange items if they are in the same condition as when purchased. The new invoice will be marked as an "exchange."
• Exchanges are made for items of the same or higher value, or through a voucher from the same country.
• Transactions must be done with the original purchase invoice and by the invoice holder, based on the actual amount paid.
• Maintenance does not include the cost of additional materials for the product.
• Diamond pieces are evaluated within 3-5 business days, provided the original invoice is presented.
• Diamond jewelry can only be exchanged for other diamond jewelry, at the same value or higher.
• Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, but raw materials can be purchased at market price.

Second: Return and Exchange within 30 Days for Manufacturing Defects

• Consumers have the right to exchange or refund the product within 30 days from the purchase date in case of manufacturing defects, using the same payment method, and returning any promotional gifts.
• If no manufacturing defects are found, customers can exchange or return items according to the nature of the product (gold or diamond jewelry) after applying the relevant policy for periods beyond 30 days for each product.

Third: Products

Gold Jewelry

• After 30 days and within one year from the purchase date, gold pieces can be exchanged after deducting the manufacturing fees (labor costs). The gold value will be calculated based on market prices after deducting the weight of any stones.

Diamond Jewelry

• After 30 days from the purchase date, exchanges are made with a 10% deduction from the invoice value, and returns are subject to a 20% deduction.
• After one year and within three years, exchanges are made with a 15% deduction, and returns with a 25% deduction.
• After three years, the product is evaluated based on its raw materials and market price.

Gold Products Sold by the Piece

• After 30 days and within one year from the purchase date, exchanges are subject to a 30% deduction, and sales are subject to a 35% deduction.
• After one year, exchanges or sales are based on the raw materials and market prices (weight only).

Gold Products Sold by the Piece

• These items can only be exchanged for similar products or diamond products.
